Cons (-) We only slept for about two hours because there was a loud noise in the room all night. A staff member later told us it was probably a broken fridge, and that this is a known issue. Why wasn’t it fixed before our stay? When I complained during the night, a staff member offered to come into our room at 2 AM to listen to the noise. Pros (+) The entire staff was professional and courteous. Aya Husna mustafa and Rita looked to all guests' needs and comforts. The rooms were comfortable and clean.Bathroom was neat and spacious. The terrace breakfast/restaurant was beautiful. The morning breakfast spread was huge, and there was lots of variety for all. Overall, it was a pleasant experience
