Pros (+) Every room is a suite with a personal butler who was happy to help with anything we needed.
Cons (-) From the outside, the place looks quite modest—but once inside, it’s surprisingly intricate and maze-like. After visiting the gym or restaurants, just finding our way back to the room was a little adventure in itself!

Pros (+) The staff were extremely friendly, kind, thoughtful and attentive making every guest feel valued. The building is wonderful to 'live in' - the latest renovation has recreated the majesty and detail of the old Raffles Singapore at the height of its popularity. Full compliments to Accor and the interior designer for their thoughtful renovation of this iconic building. We could have spent much longer...

Pros (+) This was a treat to myself and my partner with some money that my late mother left me when she died. It was amazing and well worth the money. Pros (+) Lovely suite, great atmosphere and took the history tour one afternoon which lasted 2 hours and was excellent. Loved the Writers bar and the Courtyard for drinks. Excellent afternoon tea experience with a fantastic harpist playing all afternoon. Staff were all excellent, couldn't be faulted.
