Pros (+) Great location. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Breakfast selection and taste was great, specifically from speciality selection from chef.
Cons (-) For a 5 star hotels in Jakarta, not up to its expectation. You have to wait to check in and room ready at 5PM instead of 3 without any explanation. They gave you an extra bed when you mentioned you are a couple and newly married. Why? Pros (+) Visited for 2 nights before attending a wedding. From the moment we arrived the service was exceptional and the best we have ever experienced. Although we had the standard suite, this was still large and comfortable with everything you could think of including a heated toilet seat. Pool area was a bit of an oasis. Pros (+) Staff were friendly and smiling all the time. Also, they pro actively ask if they can help or i have any concerns. The room was big and had all amenities and shower was great. Sheets are clean like new. Water despenser were refilled all time. Minibar was great and has an espresso machine.
