Breakfast was great. There was a good selection of cold cuts, cheeses, cereals, smoked salmon, cereals, yogurt, as well as a selection of hot foods (eggs, bacon, roasted potatoes). The hot and cold water in the sink was difficult to adjust with the faucet. The sink was also very shallow, which made filling up a water bottle a bit difficult.Read more
The location if great, good breakfast, helpful staff, great rooms, very cozy (cattle, tea and coffee in the room), and a GREAT gym! The gym had everything for a great day of exercise! And ghe breakfast had separated options of gluten-free food Also we could do an early check-in with breakfast (for a price) and a late check-out The hotel is cozy and has everything you need from a big branch hotel
Nothing, we truly liked everything
Location was fantastic - easy walk to everywhere whilst being on the quiet corner of the lively park. Rooms were high spec and well designed.
The hotel is rather new, clean and nicely decorated. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom rather well designed with space for toiletry bags. The nespresso machine in the room was well equipped. The gym was also good as was the breakfast. The location for visiting Helsinki is very central but calm next to a park.
I booked this hotel thinking that I would use the train to go the airport as the station is close but actually the route is a bit difficult with heavy luggage: either cobbled stones, stairs or a longer detour. The standard room was very small: had to open my big suitcase in the corridor leading to the door and squeeze past every time I wanted to use the bathroom. The A/C (Helsinki was boiling. The condo was SO HOT we went to a hotel with A/C.
The number of menu items needs to be broadened.

Location, clean and welcoming staff
Nowadays the thing that differentiates hotels from Airbnb is the daily cleaning. In this stay, one day they didn’t clean (dispute I said I need cleaning) and the other day when they clean it wasn’t up to the mark. Other than that everything was excellent
The location is excellent - 10’ walking from the action (but next to the park so quiet location).
