Pros (+) the breakfast
Cons (-) We arrived I in the evening the parking of the hotel was full and we had to park at the next parking room in the next building. Until the morning g we paid 19 euros!!

Pros (+) I stayed at Radisson Graz for two nights and was very satisfied. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is modern, with friendly and helpful staff. Great location — close to the main train station and within walking distance to the city center. Would definitely stay again!

Cons (-) Breakfast is way overpriced to what you get. Parking in their garage is 40% more expensive than in the one 100 meters away. They dont clean your room unless you ask for it.

Cons (-) TV was useless, no cable, no internet and no possibility to cast phone screen on TV Very strict about check in time, arrived less than an hour before check in and was told it was not possible to check in before 3pm

Pros (+) The hotel was located very close to the main train station, which was very convenient to travel to other cities. At the same time it was very easy to travel in the city because of the easy access to many bus lanes that start from the main train station. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Pros (+) Location is good ( near to Central train station) . Miss. Yasemin in reception is very helpful and polite and Mr. Ihar in breakfast restaurant is also very helpful and respecful .
Cons (-) Unfortunately the hotel is not at the level of 4 star hotel the cleaness is not good at all , We stayed three days bur unfortunately no body cleaned our room . The staff of breakfast restaurant ( except Mr. Ihar) are not so kind and respecful. We don't like to come back to this hotel if they don't improve their cleaness policy and also the behaviors of breakfast restaurant staff.
