Incredible location on the Zambezi River. The river cruise is out of this world! The service and location of this property is outstanding! Loved everything!

I asked about pricing for lunch and was told it was 550 kwacha per person and then was later informed it was 645 also I was informed that the boat cruise would include dinner and then when I booked it, I was informed it was only snacks, when I called the staff out on this, both times it felt like they had rehearsed the answer that it much have just been a mix up with something else, apart from thi...Read more
This is such a great resort. The staff are so helpful and friendly and were really caring when my daughter was ill. The pool and grounds are immaculate. They helped book trips too. The room was lovely and food was good.
The flow in the breakfast buffet one day when it was full was a bit hectic. But they did have an outside set up to help.
Property is beautiful and I especially loved the breakfast. The staff were friendly and assisted us when we wanted a change in the room on arrival.
Pool hours are closed at night

Noisy evening music from bar area in the evening. Could not leave balcony door open (room 141). Overfriendly staff. A thousand times thank you per day. Just too much, appears artificial.
The Radisson is a new hotel. The rooms are lovely and the location is amazing. All the staff apart from the restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa is outstanding. Monica is excellent. You have to do all the excursions, they are incredible but this will cost approximately $800 per person extra. I highly recommend the rooms off the main hotel with Zambezi River views.
The food and waiting over an hour for it, put a big damper on our holiday. For a 5 star hotel the food is below average. They need to hire a professional chef. The restaurant staff apart from Brenda and Yvonne, need proper training on service. I emailed the food manager prior to our arrival as I had read many bad reviews about the food.
