Great food & drink, excellent spa, location & very helpful stagg
It was very quiet, but nevertheless very close to the city center (5 minutas walk). It smelled very nice, it was very clean, staff super friendly.
No negative things to mention.

Parking garage was clean, safe, and convenient, but very tight. A larger car would have been difficult.
Good quality four star hotel with excellent facilities for our bicycles.
Excellent location - spacious well equipped room and helpful staff on reception. Consider upgrade for better view as we were overlooking smoking area. Breakfast was very good and worth paying the extra.
Access to gym and spa area awkward with having to walk through main areas. Bar area underwhelming and bar staff unhelpful (free drink treat for loyalty rewards … not worth embarrassment or trouble)
The location, the hotel itself was to a high standard. The staff were very helpful. The bar was good, the fact it was pet friendly was great.
The breakfast was under staffed. The food wasn’t of a quality consistent with the rest of the hotel and it was a major let down.
Wish we could have stayed longer. We were there for one night so my review is not comprehensive, but the staff and facilities were excellent. The location seemed fantastic. The restaurant was good although my husband did not enjoy his hamburger- it was unusual, not an American style burger.
The room was excellent, more spacious than average. V clean. Nice view from Superior Room. Window can be opened, always a plus. Toilet was separate from rest of the bathroom, another positive feature. Common areas good, nice dining room, staff v pleasant.
Breakfast not worth €25. Hot food items were cold and menu for special orders incurred extra cost. Also, I didn’t like the ‘preauthorisation’ of €80 per night to cover extras. The money is actually taken from your account and presumably will be refunded soon. I don’t see why one can’t give a card for security without actually debiting the account. Great staff, Morgan showed us the elevators, dining room and was very thorough.
Lovely hotel, free parking in their garage. Modern hotel right beside some Rouen history (turret of chateau Rouen). Location is walkable to Joan of arc square and wandering old Rouen. Great location.
