Pros (+) The staff were amazing - particlularly David in the Jade bar. The hotel is fairly new and it has been kept really well - there is a delightful smell in each floor and it has a wonderfully calming air about the whole hotel.
Cons (-) Minor point - the pillows were not the most comfortable. Make sure you ask for a non smoking room (if applicable)

Pros (+) The hotel has several positives—location is very convenient, right beside a mall (you need to step outside to enter, but it’s easy and close). The room was clean and comfortable, and in-room dining was fast and very polite.
Cons (-) Unfortunately, my experience at reception was disappointing. When I asked about tour arrangements, one of the two female receptionists (the larger one) was not accommodating and quite dismissive. She said they only offer private tours, but the tone and attitude made me feel as if I wasn’t worth assisting—as if I couldn’t afford it.
