Pros (+) Gorgeous place. Perfect location. Natalia the girl at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Excellent customer service, she went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay! We even got a beautiful upgrade!! We will be coming back for sure . Check the mirrow bar, it is fantastic!! Thanks, we had a great time!!

When we arrived and wanted to unload our luggage at the front of the hotel, the designated unloading area was blocked by two luxury cars parked in valet spots.
