Pros (+) It’s in a great location. Very close to all the important and historic sites in Stockholm. Walking distance from Royal palace and Gamla Stan. And value for money.

Pros (+) Exceptional room - had the suite (601) and was very pleased with it - wonderful room and plenty of space. Trimmings were on point and had own balcony, and ability to open windows. Comfy bed and excellent facilities. A great stay with beautiful touches. Excellent location close to everything and quiet.
Cons (-) Cold eggs at breakfast - would have loved cooked eggs/warm; the rest was superb.

Pros (+) the hotel is in the city center but the expectation were too high. Even if the position was PERFECT to visit the city, at the same time it did not like a 5 stars hotel at all, in any way. The view is amazing, but the services inside were a little bit lower than the expectations. I could come back, but the price is too high for the experience offered. Staff really nice and prepared. Really clean.
Cons (-) I did not like the room. it was tiny, even if it is a standard double room (but it's a 5 stars hotel or not? i don't get it). The bathroom was ok. The gym is TOO SMALL, i was shocked. I was expecting a bigger space and it was too small for all the people entered (it's not normale having almost a line outside) - even the water dispenser was almost broken, throwing on the floor the water.
