The staff were amazing and couldn't do more. Arrived very early and they were very accommodating with storing my luggage. During breakfast, noted the only non-diary milk was Oat milk which I have cannot drink. Asked one of the staff and they obliged in finding me some Almond milk👍 They also obliged in giving my a late check-out as my flight home was later in the day. The location is perfect. Opposite to Tivoli Gardes and walking distance to allmost everywhere. The room was quiet large and view was very good. Staff was helpfull.
There can be lactose free milk at breakfast

The windows in our room were dirty and one of the window panes was blown and there was condensation present which was so bad that it obstructed the view from that window The room was not alwys serviced to the standard I would expect
Location is amazing. Close to the old city center and the Central station. Loved it.
Air conditioning is quite noisy even when the fan is turned off.
Location excellent. Close to train station and shopping pedestrian way. Close to grocery and Bakery and information centre.

It was a great experience, the staff was very accommodating. The room was clean and very nice. We also received a nice cake from the hotel as a nice gesture for our wedding.
We had to make a late and unexpected booking due to disruption to our travel arrangements. The Hotel was welcoming and the room was very comfortable with a really good shower. Great city centre location.
Usual petty complaints, bigger towells would be nice, static soap/shampoo bottles are always trick to dispense etc but not really anything wrong with this hotel at all.
The location is excellent—perfectly placed for exploring the city. The hotel’s design is charming, with a subtle, chic aesthetic that feels both stylish and welcoming. Breakfast was a real highlight—delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. Above all, the staff were outstanding: professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay.
Can’t think of a single downside — my stay was smooth from start to finish.

It was airconditioned but the ac was not turned on by the city yet. This happens in some European cities before the summer months. The ac unit did however blow air.
Staff are very friendly very polite
Cleanliness of the room was 0, everytime we would ask for them to make up the room it was like only the most basic things were cleaned/changed (bedding and toilet paper and bin) but no vacuum or proper dusting
