Location
The first problem, the hair dryer was broken. The second problem, the heater in room was not working. The third problem, the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work at all. Very bad and disappointing experience for our family's visit to Copenhagen
The room was clean, specious, but one side of the double bed was uneven so I decided to keep sleeping on the left side because of the mattress issue. Breakfast was delicious although it has less varieties, location is excellent gives easy access to everywhere.
Nothing really , however, sometimes the flight time/distance /time differences would be nice to be considered, i came in too early around 9 am , and the room was not ready , i was so exhausted that I couldn’t help but fall asleep on the couch at the lobby, one of the staff came and told me I am not allowed to sleep in the lobby and I understand that , but I wished they offer something alternative,...Read more

Good lobby to meet people, comfortable room. Very good breakfast with lots of choice. On site restaurant and bar useful if you don’t have time to go far.
No bath ( personal preference)
Fantastic views over Copenhagen and easy access from HB when you are there for work.
Hallways feel dated
We got an upgrade. Not expected and was a really pleasant surprise.

best Copenhagen view, excellent location. stayed in the smallest room but better than most of the good hotels.
