Pros (+) Property is beautiful. Staff is amazing. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Food was delicious. Drinks were amazing. My only regret is not asking how to make one if the drinks:)

Cons (-) The ferry. This is Not the fault of the hotel butCalMac ferries on line timetable and bookingsystem is miserable. What you need to know to stay here is that you can just drive to the ferry drive and buy a ticket which is not what the ferry operator states on their site or on the dock when you arrive. Cons (-) Beds were a bit lumpy and we had quite a bit of noise from people talking outside their room during the night - I mean chatting a whole conversation like they thought they were the only ones in the hotel- I ended up having to go out and tell them to be quiet.

The hotel is situated perfectly for the local facilities and walks and the views out to Skye from the hotels bar and restaurant are phenomenal. Cons (-) Because the room we were upgraded to was a disabled access room it had a wet room which of course did get very wet, and made it a bit difficult to brush teeth etc without getting wet feet.
