Pros (+) Breakfast is outstanding. There is also a nice restaurant inside the hotel.
Cons (-) Swimming pool could use a little extra care in cleanliness. There were lots of ants in the bathroom as well.

Pros (+) Staff, number of activities, comfort of bed, view. The staff really made the experience special. The staff was always very kind, extremely responsive, and professional! The view is incredible, and there are tons of amenities. We had a lot of fun playing chess, billiards, and had the option of tennis.
Cons (-) The dinner and lunch food was a bit overpriced for the portion (R$84 reais for 1 pizza), there was not enough privacy in the massage room, the hot tub was not hot enough. Great spot for a family and friends trip, but a maybe not enough privacy for a romantic trip.

Pros (+) Breakfast was excelent. They have all the itens I requested on my reservation (lactose and gluten free). All meals were vey good and the employers very attentive. Towell rack is heated so your towels are never cold, even in winter.
Cons (-) No live music , although they have a piano available.

Pros (+) Unparalleled in terms of accommodations. The view was spectacular, the food at the restaurant was fantastic, and the overall experience was one of my favourite in all of Brazil.
