Beautiful hotel just as we remembered it from decades-earlier stay. Staff was most helpful and location unbeatable.
Our room had a very low barrier between bedroom and bath which my tall husband hit his head on more than once.
Beautiful setting. Lovely pool. Great location to explore old town . Excellent cleaning staff - thank you!
We arrived at 930pm after a very long day of travels With a sleeping, exhausted baby. When you stay at a 5 star hotel, a 40 minute check in is simply unacceptable. I'm seriously shocked and even 2* hotels I've stayed in never had this issue. Management seriously, seriously needs to look at this. Equally, at this cost, and for a 5*, breakfast should be included. That's pretty mind blowing not to be...Read more
Gorgeous historic hotel with fabulous pool and excellent location
No breakfast buffet and a la carte options severely overpriced! £17 for two boiled eggs!
The location is wonderful. The building is beautiful. We had the last available room which was a lovely quiet suite. We would definitely return.
Beautiful setting in a historic monument right in the center of vibrating Oaxaca
Noisy air conditioning

I looked for a hotel and decided on 2 rooms for 4 nights and 3 days at Quinta Real for our family of five. We...Read more
Beautiful pool landscape and great cleaning service.
If they have an event you have to walk through a different door to access the bedrooms or restaurant. Restaurant was too expensive… 50aud for a normal burger.
Beautiful historic building, well kept, friendly staff!
Amazing property, beautiful gardens and common areas. Staff is kind and willing to help. Excellent location, not sure you can get better than that to explore Oaxaca. Overall feeling like you a travelling back in days, even the breakfast transforms you to the medieval days .
Our room had no window. We were offered to change it to another room with a window, but that one had two beds instead of one king and was even smaller in size. So we refused. The photos of the room on booking won’t necessarily match what you ll get in reality and it can be quite disappointing. Service is a bit corporate, not personal. Also… when you pay almost 500$ a room charging for a cup of fil...Read more
