Pros (+) We stay here when we visit Villahermosa which is usually twice each year. It’s always been a consistently good place to stay and we are pleased with the accommodations it offers

Pros (+) De entree to the hotel is very grand and it easy to get to. The staff were very friendly. They were helpful and polite. The food in the restaurant is good.
Cons (-) Everywhere in the hotel (except from the restaurant and the entree) there are damp patches and some even dripping on the ceiling. Even in the rooms. They obviously have a big problem that needs to be fixed as the smell is not nice. Also the gym needs serious attention and the pool tiles to the back are extremely slippery when wet.
