Pros (+) Good location, like the easy going breakfast that extends till 3pm.
Cons (-) The AC is really loud on all settings. Sound proofing is virtually zero, all the room doors slam so you will hear whenever someone goes in or out. The property likes to use a lot of fragrance in many areas, not great for someone with sinus issues like me. The room I had was generally clean but mildly musty.

Pros (+) I loved how we got welcomed. Got upgraded to premier room and they had a deco done for my partner's birthday. Received a welcoming ice cream at the lobby. Everyone were super friendly at the reception and approachable!

Pros (+) The service was great and the room was amazing! It was a hot day and giving us an ice cream sandwich to cool off was a nice personal touch and it was so tasty! The bed was really comfy and I especially loved the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom! The pool was great too and having access to the lounge with snacks and drinks was a lovely touch too!
