The location, the facility , the staff , the room, the reception and the place is perfect for relaxation and vacation Not to forget the beautiful panoramic restaurant , the staff was excellent and very helpful, the food was very delicious and fresh My wife and I enjoyed the place a lot and for sure we will come back and stay here another time ☺️

Pros (+) Staff couldn’t do enough for us - every single one was so pleasant, polite and helpful! The room was lovely and the pool and spa were very relaxing and well maintained. The private transport and pickup from Lazise was an added bonus. Manager even checked in at dinner to make sure everything was ok.

Pros (+) Apartment suite was very comfortable and the pool complex is beautiful! Sadly, obligations didn’t allow us to enjoy them so we will be back and you need more than 2 days here!! Staff was great at the reception desk, in the restaurant, bar, etc!!

Pros (+) This is a real 5 stars spa-resort hotel for wealthy people. There are many wellness and spa programs in the hotel. Outdoor swimming pools with heated water are open even in winter.
