The beautiful room and the nice food.
Free pick up from train station with good communication on arrival time. Upgrade room upon arrival and very courteous staff. Hotel offered free transport to meet ferry for onwards travel to Koh Rong
Room was on 2nd floor, but sounded like we were trying to sleep inside of a night club. Noise level from bar on ground floor was so loud that room doors and windows rattled with the vibration.
They had airport pick up service, and Ken from the hotel helped us a lot on the way and out. We asked the car from the port of Shihanoukvill to PP, and he was also helpful. The atmosphere of the poolside was really nice and club DJ sound. The breakfast was reasonable.
Sometimes the waiter was slow to take order for food. But this is the vacation place to stay so you should sit and relax!!! lol
Everything - service was impeccable, room large and extremely comfortable, location and amenities beautiful. Food was also amazing.

I enjoyed the variety of food options available. Everything was hot and tasted good. The staff was friendly and the made to order sections were fast.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. The only thing I would like to have seen was towels available for swimming.
Literally on the beach so that was great.
It was too noisy. There were parties that lasted way into the early hours of the morning and we hardly had any sleep.
Honestly I liked everything. The staff was super friendly, the hotel looks gorgeous and the bed…so confortable. We eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, very delicious and everything was fresh. I recommend this hotel to everybody.
The hotel is very clean and spacious. It has a private beach and an excellent swimming pool. Tou can enjoy a magnificent SPA with massage if you want. The staff is very polite. Excellent breakfast and an extraordinarry restaurant where you can enjoy a romantic dinner watching one of the best sunset in the world! The friendly and professional welcome and service was some of the best we’ve ever had. All staff from the desk to the restaurant are just amazing and so kind and thoughtful. The facilities at this beachside hotel were also great, with very modern comfortable rooms and fantastic food - we especially loved the Japanese restaurant with a beach view
