Pros (+) The room was a good size and pleasantly decorated. The bed was comfortable. Our meal in the restaurant was excellent.
Cons (-) Our room fronted the main road and the traffic noise through the night made sleep elusive.

Pros (+) the room was very good if anything it was a little on the small size, the bed was very comfortable and the room and the all of the hotel was very clean. Room service was excellent, and the food was very, very good and well-priced.

Pros (+) Big room is appreciated. Very clean. In house bar and restaurant are excellent and the staff are all very friendly.
Cons (-) Too much traffic noise this time( we’ve stayed before) in the room on the main road into town.

Pros (+) Recently refurbished room fittings were comfortable, including the fold-out sofa bed. The spa and sauna were a lovely surprise and very welcome after a long drive. The pool setting was very nice and if it had been warmer we would have sat around there.
Cons (-) The alarm clock in the unoccupied room next door went off at midnight, so loud it woke us up. However, staff were available and resolved it as quickly as possible.

Pros (+) We liked the room and the facilities. And the room was perfectly made up on the second day. Cleaned properly. Felt like coming back home.
Cons (-) Would have been nice to have a balcony, although we got a corner room without a balcony and the window opened to a big concrete wall. (Stayed jn room 216)

Pros (+) The service was exceptional, we enjoyed the food and drinks in the bar lounge. All our queries etc were answered and dealt with quickly. I intend to stay here again.
