Pros (+) Friendly and courteous staff. Sophie deserves a special mention for delivering excellent customer service. Fast response and service recovery.

Cons (-) My bathroom was not well cleaned- there was water around the toilet seat. The issue was resolved very fast when I pointed it out. But this is an indication of poor housekeeping processes.

Pros (+) Quality Hotel Rules Club, is perfect rooms are quiet and the beds as so comfortable - such a perfect place to stay to explore Wagga Wagga. The meals at the rules club were delicious.
