So clean and such a great view on the 4th floor where I was staying. Staff was really kind. Wifi was easy and everything was new and clean. I put a lot more details in my google review though.
You are a little far from the core areas and you're down hill vs uphill. The first day I had to get used to what that meant riding on the back of a Grabbike. By day 3 I was feeling pretty ok about it though.

The people working at the hotel were friendly and tried to assist us with any request we had. It was great that we could rent a good scooter at the hotel, which you need to get around.
There was a lot of light early in the morning since one of the curtains did not block enough.
Good location with decent restaurants around. Shower was working perfectly and accordingly. Room was very clean and the hospitality of the hotel was outstandingly helpful, kind, and welcoming.
Our room only got cleaned once. For which is okay, but we expected everyday cleaning for a 5 star hotel.
the staffs are really heartwarming at the cold da lat. they give us local infos and recommendations which really helpful! we flew and drove quite far from bali and this place is beyond our expectations, the price the cleanliness, comfort, location, everything is 5 stars! deff will b back!

New, well-appointed room, nicely decorated and clean. Comfort elegantly combined with minimalism. It was a last minute booking and it could not have been better. I slept without earplugs ;-) It is a short distance to the cable car station for the Monastery. The station is closed between 11:30 -13:00. The Monastery can be crowded, quite touristy. It’s kinda brand new. Staff are very useful. The view is amazing. I love taking the bath with the big window.

Wow, this hotel room truly exceeded my expectations! I booked last minute, and the price is unbelievably reasonable for such a wonderful space.
