Pros (+) Spectacular View, Great and friendly staff, fantastic receptionists.
Cons (-) It could have been a bit cleaner. The bed sheet was not as clean as we expected, so we asked that to be changed. Also, the toilet seat was not as clean as you wanted. So I washed it myself, too.
