First of all great praise to the staff of Puro Grand. They, above all, made my week's stay really enjoyable. Camila, Natalia, Luciano and Anna were always ready to make me feel quite at home and provide tips for my first ever visit to beautiful Palma. A small quibble: one could at times hear the noise from guests dining in the courtyard below but this was not a real problem. The building itself is probably the restoration of a former palace, with amazing high ceilings and solid walls.Read more
Very welcoming staff, nice room and excellent breakfast. We also had two dinners at the hotel restaurant, equally excellent quality. My wife had an anniversary, which was noticed and celebrated by the hotel staff. Very appreciated!

Breakfast was good, Could have been a bigger selection. The location was excellent.
I do not think moving the breakfast location to your sister hotel will work or is acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Having to walk across the courtyard to the buffet does not work. On Saturday morning the curtains were open and it was cold in the restaurant. Also, if it is raining, what do you do?
The location was fabulous and room size great.
Service or lack thereof! Definitely not 5 star! We had a check in between 7-8pm and when arrived no one at reception and sat ringing bell outside for a while! Not clear instructions on how to find WiFi in the room etc. Breakfast again no staff around to get coffee etc.

The location is fabulous! Just a short walk away from most attractions and the sea front. It's a lovely historical building in a historical location. The room was very spacious, with a lovely bathroom, all spotlessly clean!
The dining service was slow, and we weren't made aware of the breakfast buffet until our last morning. The (pedestrian) street noise was quite loud, but the hotel provides ear plugs...
Absolutely incredible and I won’t stay at any other hotel. Wonderful old building in a modern style but still respecting the history of the old palace. Amazing location and incredible staff. The breakfast and food in general was magnificent as well
