Staff very nice, breakfast delicious and views breathtaking. Room is not very big and the lights are a bit strong but it was very comfortable and with amazing view.
The swimming pool and spa area is very small and was full of people sleeping around… not very welcoming.
We were on a road trip from Madrid heading towards the coast. So I booked this hotel as a stop off so I could rest as the only driver. We were very impressed by the comfort of the hotel. The village where the hotel was situated was a bit industrial , but as I mentioned, we booked this place as a stop over to relax and have a good nights sleep before continuing our road trip through Portugal. Breakfast , massage was great and the room was amazing
The temperature of the pool water and the surroundings were cold. For a SPA there were too many children jumping into the pool even with the no jumping sign. At night, we ordered "pataniscas de polvo" but there was no octopus only egg. The steam room was turned off at 7 PM.
Really nice hotel to relax and take some time off for yourself. Breakfast was good and complete. Staff helpful and friendly. Book the restaurant when you book the hotel, can be full as it is a must visit place in the area.
The view is nice but some houses on the side are really close. The temperature of the pool could be a bit warmer on the winter.
Very good spa hotel in the lush scenery , breakfast was fantastic.
The separate toilet without a wash basin was a bit odd 😕. Coffee from a machine wasn't that great Bathroom lighting could be better
The room was very big, with a big balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff was super friendly and we were lucky with the entertainment that night. We had a lot of fun! We enjoyed the SPA in the afternoon, dinner at Tertulia and the evening at the Bistro Bar. All amazing! I was staying with some friends at the bar and a group of men approached us and they were a bit drunk and made us uncomforta...
I think the only down side was the fact that the SPA was very overcrowded and the temperature of the water wasn't great. The connection between the indoor and outdoor swimming pool is a great idea, but the temperature of the water didn't really allow for a nice "spa" experience. The room temperature was abusively high and despite complaining, we could jot sleep for the 3 straight nights. Food at the bar wasn't of the expected minimum quality, and we felt bad after eating it. The Turkish bath smelled bad, looking like lacking higiene and maintenance.
A very enjoyable stay. Friendly and helpful staff, great food and facilities, lovely view from room.
Beautiful hotel, fabulous staff, really clean 👌 The restaurant food was amazing and the facilities were great. Would most definitely return.
Only criticism was the hot food at breakfast wasn't hot. Apart from that it was am amazing breakfast, beautifully lay out with lots of selections.
