I stayed for 3 nights at this hotel for a conference. It was a spacious room with a great view. I loved that the setting of the room. However, there a few things they could improve on :- 1. They should have iron in each hotel room instead of me having to request for it. At least for the premier suite where I stayed. 2. Pros (+) Staff was friendly. Location is good, on the embassy area and walking distance from great nightlife and entertainment options. There's a coffee shop in the facilities that is not too bad.
Cons (-) The hotel is outdated and doesn't look anything close to Bali at all as promoted. My room was a double bed room, smelly, with very old furniture, scratches on the walls (etc), the lights are hospital-like white (Could you please add a lamp with warm light or sth?). Cons (-) There is some insect around bites baldly. The location is in no where you have to use taxes or motor bike to go around. the food in the restaurant is okay.
