The hotel was obviously very well managed. The place was spotless. The staff were attentive and genuine. Excellent breakfast. Excellent location near town centre . Easy access by metro from airport to Trindade station and a short stroll to hotel. The hotel is adjacent to a music academy and the rooms at the back benefit from salubrious classical scores.. worth the trip to Porto alone.

Very nice hotel, interesting design, quality breakfast. Walking distance to the Metro, but not the closest. Parking place!
Bed and bathroom where good
Our room was dark and dusty (due to works next door- we had to ask for the room to be cleans after arrival) Staff where very unfriendly when we asked to be moved.
Modern and stylish. Excellent lift. Very comfortable bed.
Building work noise nearby. Works in street.

Good selection of dishes in a very pleasant restaurant. Small glass of Port on arrival and often some tasty free treats in the reception.
Storage space was a little bit limited and the view from our balcony was the side of a block of flats/offices. Noisy building work going on next door during our stay.

Towels in Bathroom old, partially falling apart - for 4Star Hotel absolutely NO GO!!! Bathroom tiny but otherwise o.K. Air conditioning blowing only cold air, despite details on display.
Terrace area was grubby, walls green and.seating mouldy. Apart from that hotel was great.
Quiet, clean with a modern look and feel.
