Thank you so much for our great holiday. The pool and the view is amazing.
Beautiful location with panoramic sea views and natural hot springs filling the pool. Very helpful staff. A lovely place to be. We also liked the bars and restaurants up the road in Panza, particularly Pizzeria de Luca.
I went for a week with my teen daughter and we had the best of times. Our room was spacious with twin beds, a separate sopha, a desk, en suite bathroom and a lovely terrace with sea view towards St Angelo, one of the main attractions on Ischia. The hotel has a unique underground pool in a natural cave, which leads to an outdoors one situated on a secluded terrace overlooking theMediterranean. There...Read more
We only had one little issue with the hot water in the shower room. We reported it and it was fixed immediately.
The intention of this review is to provide Booking.com with an objective account of innocent guests (us) who strongly believe that the hotel Punta Chiarito deliberately misled us, and to prevent others on their holidays being similarly cheated and dissapointed. As your records show, we made a booking based on the Booking.com listing (main page with the room type table containing key features of ea...
We expected Booking.com to help but as no help transpired despite my several messages we decided not to waste our money entirely & went to Punta Chiarita. On arriving I tried to explain at reception to Teresa (with the intention that others are not misled) what “annex” means in English. Theresa said she did not care and rudely changed the subject. It angered me that Teresa, a large woman, shouted ...Read more
We stayed in 3 different hotels on Ischia (same location): Punta, Villa Myremi and Torre Sant Angelo. Punta has a unique looking like a cave tunnel with thermal water. Torre has the best views and a good breakfast (15 EUR if you not in hotel), and Villa Myremi has the best value for money and customer care. At Punta we enjoyed a transfer from the bus stop and a nice greeting from the hotel. We als...
I’ve travelled with a child. We both normally go to bed at 8pm. It was a bit challenging to get used to Italian lifestyle (late dinners, we normally don’t eat after 6), but, at the end we adapt (instead of late dinners we had earlier and late lunch). Although we had some issues, we enjoyed it. Thank you for all positive moments and smiles. No electric kettle for a cup of tea in the room. No mosqui...Read more
Most incredible views and food.
We had the most amazing time at Punta Chiarito! The location is very remote which was perfect for us as it made our stay so relaxing; the facilities are great, the views are exceptional and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The food was also incredible - we ate in all three of the restaurants and they were all fabulous. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool but it is also very easy to...
The decor in room we stayed in was a little outdated (but this was outweighed by the amazing views)Read more
the hotel was in a beautiful location with very friendly staff. the facilities were good and the fresh vegetables and salads from the hotels grounds were great. the only negative was that whilst the details indicated that we would be in a separate building, no indication was given that this was a considerable way away from the hotel itself. however, the transport between the two was good and alway...
It was amazing. The staff was so helpful and friendly. The views are incredible. The pools are spectacular. This resort is where you want to stay when visiting Ischia Italy.
There was nothing to dislike about Punta Chiarito Resort
