The location is very good - museums, shopping centres and park very close. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The roof top swimming pool has a beautiful view. The room was very clean and serviced each day to perfection. I highly recommend.

Great location central to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Buffet breakfast was good lots of selections. We had an amazing stay for our first time in Singapore this will be our go to hotel when we visit again!!

The room was small with no cupboard space. The pool closed down quite early.
Staff were friendly. Cleaners with one key exceptions did a good job. Decent location. Pools are nice with toddler friendly pool.
The room was not family friendly, too many items were in reach of our two year old daughter. The shower had a bad smell and the drain blocked up quickly, The room was clean but they needed to clean the shower drain more frequently. The pool was amazing, beds and pillows were comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful
The executive lounge we found to be ok but very limited in breakfast options compared to Madisons downstairs. We also were disappointed that drinks and canapés were only for a certain time each day compared to other 4 star hotels we stayed in Singapore. They need to change the canapés options more often.
Location was close to the MRT and a supermarket in Raffles Centre. Roof pool ok.
The room was very small, no where to unpack even though we only had a 3 night stay. 1 very large chair in the room, why…don’t know. The toilet stank like a men’s urinal if you shut the door.
