Pros (+) I visited last year in 2024 and really liked the hotel, its location, and the staff. The staff is excellent—very well-educated and talented. The best part is that I met the same staff members as last time, which made the experience even better. I had a great experience overall. Please keep up the same level of service.

The staff were welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable.
