Such a lovely stay.... We were visiting family in Melbourne and we all had tickets to see Brian Adams.... Everyone (staff) were so friendly and helpful. Clean, clean, clean..... We'll stay again on our next trip from Ireland....

It was lovely and clean.
It was difficult to find information. We used the QR code however there was not a great deal of info from the QR code.
Position cleanliness and most staff
Was offered complimentary drink each night as part of package, told to attend floor 15 on check in to receive, treated like complete non paying peasants (there was a party of 3) publicly and loudly moved behind a curtain in same room on same floor to be given what was already paid for. Located in the city center
Expected more from a 5 star hotel. There were no complimentary bottles of water and slippers in the room. I had to request for concierge services even thou the check-in staff could clearly see that I couldn't manage pushing my luggage on my own. The wifi was also off for more than 12 hours during may 2-night stay. The bed wasn't firm enough and felt worn. This definitely did not feel like a 5-star...Read more

Only one negative we booked a rooftop dinner but no table or booking was found. Thankfully the head waiter on the night turned it around & sorted it out
Had many of the facilities you would expect for the tariff. Great location. Lovely, genuinely helpful staff Shampoos & soaps (lovely fragrances)
