Pros (+) The breakfast and the fitness room were good
Cons (-) The way we were treated at reception when our Australian card didn’t work for a deposit (even though room was completely paid for) was very disappointing. Card worked every other place in Vietnam. Our room smelt like mildew.

Cons (-) The noise in the corridors can be disturbing in the evening. When guests return late, you can hear people talking and doors closing.

Pros (+) There were so many staff and every single one was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The kids club was great. I was worried my 7 year old might be too old, but there was enough to keep her entertained a couple of hours a day. Only one pool but it was a very good one. The beach was lovely. Surprisingly clean and nice for swimming.

Pros (+) Good location on the edge of the city. Comfortable room. Breakfast was a bit disappointing as stock often ran out and not to the quality expected of a 5 star hotel or Pullman. Beautiful looking grounds. Pool would benefit from being heated a few degrees.
