Pros (+) I’ve stayed in pullman ciawi vimala hills already 3 times. every year whenever I came back to Indonesia , I always choose Pullman for staycation with family. This time , the staff upgraded my room 2 level from what I booked. I was so surprised with this kind of gesture. I and my family were so pleasant.

Pros (+) Good location ins a relatively quiet enclave of Bogor with its own space & views. pretty good facilities and rooms were fair.
Cons (-) Staff were slow, unresponsive & usually pretty poor. kids are constantly screaming around the place so unless you're with a family I'd avoid. Food is very mid for the price point.
