Great location, with tons of restaurants in the vicinity. Super nice staff, breakfast was fantastic. Also, check out the roof terrace…great for an afternoon/evening drink from the honesty bar…
The location is excellent — right off the main street in Polanco, surrounded by beautiful, high-end shopping and top-tier restaurants. A few comfort issues made the stay feel more like an 8.5 than the 9.0 it’s rated. The bathroom was cramped, with a sink area that felt too tight to use comfortably. The shower water didn’t get hot enough and took a while to warm up, and the toilet was oddly loud. The location of the property is good and near shops and restaurants
Our room was in a building next to the original building. Our room had small window to the staircase. Most of the staff that were at the front desk could not help us with information that we needed or could not help us. There was a leak in the sink that did not get fixed while we were there. There is no phone in the room that connects to the front desk so we had to walk down to ask for anything.
Beautiful suite in the new part of the building. Loved the honour bar and breakfast was excellent. Short walk to great restaurants and watering holes. Very friendly staff as well.
There.was a very loud mechanical room on the other side of the wall that woke us up at night. I hope they looked into the issue as thenroom was spectacular.
After switching last minute from a subpar Airbnb in Roma Norte this place was like a breath of fresh air! Super clean. Super comfy. Super cool. And close to lots of good food and shopping. And the staff were great!
The wait was a bit long at breakfast. One day I took breakfast early and it was quick. Another day I guess I hit the rush, cuz it took longer than I had hoped. That being said, I would absolutely stay there again.
Exceptional service. Fantastic breakfast.
