The location and the choice of restaurants. The rooms are also beautiful
The beach outside seagrill is very dirty. I had 2 children aged 4 who wanted a water after 6pm and i was told i had to go into the restaurant to order their drinks! I cant drag 2 children off the beach playing to order them a drink so we had to go without. Other guests also were trying to have a nice drink at 6pm but couldn’t. The staff at Seagrill were amazing …we loved the food here also. Facilities were excellent
Noise levels at night time kept us and our children awake. Should really be an adult only resort …
Restaurants were good
Too much noise of the frogs and birds, There was no water for 4 hours. For buggy wait was more then 30-40 minutes. To pick the luggage it took them 45 minutes. Staff didn’t took the trash until we checked out & wasn’t filling the tea, milk and sugar.
Having excellent restaurants on site was its only redeeming feature.
Hotel needs refurbishing. Pools are too small without enough beds. Service is indifferent.

Amazing breakfast Staff at the reception desk
Our room was supposed to have the sea view, but it was more of a view of the leaves and plants. The entrance door was not soundproof. The curtains had holes in them.
Breakfast was amazing and the hotel arounds with the Natur and several pools.
The music was very noisy night time. Internet wasn’t good and didn’t have big mirror on the wall.
Fantastic hotel, so much to see and do with brilliant restaurants on site.
