Nice beds and sea view. Staff were excellent
Too many children running around late at night throwing cushions about whilst parents sat drinking

Hotel is lovely, surroundings were excellent.
The lack of all inclusive and kid entertainment in comparison to some other hotels but not bad enough that we wouldn’t consider going back as the food was excellent.
We love visiting the Princesa Yaiza, this was our 3rd time staying at this wonderful hotel, and every time we have left planning when we should come back next. The staff are excellent, the facilities are great, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Whilst breakfast is always busy time and no issues with the food, it felt like staff where a little overwhelmed on some of the days we were there, with likes of coffee taking a long time to arrive, and plates to be cleared etc. This happened on 3 of the 8 days we were there. To be clear the staff do a great job, it may be down to our timing or resourcing, its hard to know.Read more
It was brilliant. Very good breakfast! Well located next to a beach and plenty of restaurants for all budgets. The kids loved the multiple pools. Very nice internal decor. The sea at the beach was very good.
The pools weren't heated when we went in May. Very cold initially, but fine after a few minutes.

Beautiful and elegant hotel and an amazing suite with a spacious hot tub on the balcony. We felt very spoilt.
Lots of stairs so we were glad of the lifts. And the restaurants didn’t have a sea view.
Absolutely fabulous hotel, loved the breakfasts, choice of dining rooms, beautiful layout & amazing pools. Staff were incredible - polite, friendly and helpful.
The children's entertainment, occurred a couple of evenings - the music & entertainer were very, very loud. Children obviously having a great time, but less volume, would be appreciated - overheard others making comments on noise level.
