Pros (+) The hotel is well located, very central, the rooms are reasonably big and very well designed and have all the things we need for a pleasant stay. Above all, the staff are amazing, especially the concierge team, Joe and Kinlok are especially friendly and they help make our stay a very memorable one.

Pros (+) The hotel was near the West Kowloon station which was convenient for taking the high speed rail and connected to a mall. There are many eateries down the same street.

Pros (+) At check-in, one of the staff insisted — almost pressured us — to upgrade from a regular room to a suite. We agreed, but unfortunately, the suite was not clean when we entered. Overall, the hotel feels very gloomy and uninviting. Breakfast was very poor, with limited options.
