Hotel was lovely big spacious rooms with a comfortable big bed and nice bathroom. Great location if attending an exhibition at the NECC just a short walk away. Hotel had a few different restaurants food was lovely plenty of other food options close by along with convenience stores.

lunch buffet reception officer Joy behaves like she doesn't understand anything around. Thanks to Tony, front office runs well. main gate security guys very old and not presentable. better put dynamic and young staff. Main gate is the first impression always. Carpet in the room and floors. Carpet means dust and unhealthiness.
