Cons (-) The room was so SMALL and I hated every minute that we were in there. I was expecting a smallish size room given the research I had done prior to arriving in Japan, however these were just so tiny and extremely uncomfortable.

Pros (+) It was a good location with a nice room and lots of amenities such as face wash and mouth wash etc. There is a nice coffee spot next door but the breakfast at the hotel is really good.
Cons (-) It was a good location but it was not sound proof as mentioned on the description. If you are a light sleeper like I am, I suggest asking for a room that is not on the street. It is near the fire department so you hear sirens alot.

Pros (+) Very central location and next to sub-way. Very comfortable and conveniently sized rooms, good beds. Good noise isolation. Helpful staff. Very nice and good breakfast buffet.
Cons (-) Waiting time in front of the breakfast room was usually around 15 minutes which can be very inconvenient when you need to rush e.g. to the airport. The rooms during the night got too warm.
