The place was very elegant and fancy. It was also walkable to the main area of during the snow festival! They were very good at cleaning the room. The lounge per floor was very nice!
The airport bus shuttle wasn't free, but you can still buy the tickets in the lobby.
The breakfast was very good with a large selection of different foods both japanese and western
The air con in the room is centrally controlled so the rooms had essentially no air conditioning at night, this led to the room being very warm at night
Not to my liking, food can be improved Area was a little congested
Omelette n fry eggs were prepared before hand, prefers on spot cooking
Large room; lounge with complimentary drinks and snacks; public bath; friendly staff.

On the day you check out, you can no longer use the onsen bath or lounge for a work meeting despite a late flight out and no available business centre - staff are pretty inflexible. The top of furniture has not been cleaned in a long while.
Amazing restaurants and facilities. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms with great views. It was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
The hotel is really big. They have their own private shuttle bus which can you between downtown and Sapporo station. This is needed as it's a bit far from downtown to walk especially if it's snowing. The room was big and clean
The mattress on the beds were really bad as the springs were really worn out. It offered no support to my back and hips. The room walls are also thin so I could hear my neighbours talking loudly or watching tv.
