Good quality western breakfast, comfortable beds and pillows.
Staying at the Premier was a treat for our last night in Japan and the hotel was very disappointing. Reception check-in was the worse service I experienced in Japan. This hotel is even nicer than the photographs suggest. The area around the hotel is brand new with beautiful planting and landscaping. The hotel provided a truly comfortable and restful experience. The staff were incredibly lovely and always happy to assist with any request. Everything about the stay, from booking to checkout, was clear and easy to navigate. The amenities were well-maintained and added to the overall pleasant atmosphere. Very clean room and facilities. Good sized rooms with separate shower and toilet. The rooms are so well sound proofed I could not hear any other guests at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were so happy with our stay. The hotel is close to 7-11 and Lawson, and some nice cafe/restaurant with traditional Japanese food. Great location, rooms are extremely spacious, free items like face masks or skin care at the reception. Towels were changed daily

The location was a bit far from Tokyo main attractions so you need to take train and a bus which make it difficult
Location worked for us as we wanted to visit places nearby,such as teamlabs planets and the early morning tuna auction. Also the subway easily took us to other places we wanted to see
