Pros (+) The property is just absolutely gorgeous. The Tuscan countryside is unbeatable. The breakfast was the best also.
Cons (-) Although the staff were all very nice, but most of them lacked the refinement of true Italian friendliness. I think most of the staff were probably hired as temporary workers from other countries. The dinner could be better. Food quality was good, but the staff was definitely not up to other hotels/resorts typical Italian finesse.

Pros (+) It was amazing! Beautiful Tuscan escape! Loved the spa and the restaurant was amazing as well
Cons (-) We checked in late but wished we could use the outdoor pool but it was very very cold. But the indoor spa pool was great!
