The location and being in nature
The breakfast service, the room was very dark, didn’t get to see the beauty you surrounded by in your room, which is a pity. Didn’t have hot water for most of the time I stayed there, had to ask daily before it got fixed

Restaurant meals should change up selections especially cause guests that stay longer periods
This was the best resort we have ever stayed at. The breathtaking views, exquisite cuisine and incredible staff made our stay as perfect as any could be. Such a beautiful restoration! The vegetable omelette at breakfast was he best I’ve had.
I wish I could comment on the spa, but they had no availability.

The property is just absolutely gorgeous. The Tuscan countryside is unbeatable. The breakfast was the best also.
Although the staff were all very nice, but most of them lacked the refinement of true Italian friendliness. I think most of the staff were probably hired as temporary workers from other countries. The dinner could be better. Food quality was good, but the staff was definitely not up to other hotels/resorts typical Italian finesse.
Incredibile hotel can’t fault this hotel! All I can say is you have to go!
