The former monastery is fantastic in terms of spacial experience and the mix between old structure and new details! The hotel really has a wow factor! The service is also very good! The breakfast is fantastic! We had a very nice stay!
The minus is the dinner. The prices are steep and the food unfortunately does not live up to the prices or the general standard of the hotel. The hotel should invest in a top chef to make the stay a 10/10. I should also mention that the windows leak when it rains heavily and the tennis court should either be removed or cleaned/fixed.

The Pousada is a historical building located in beautiful mountain area. It's ideal location for a retreat. The staff was very friendly. The food of hotel restaurant was very good.
The building is exceptional, not a normal hotel.

The place itself- the mosteiro is AMAZING! The rooms are ok , nothing special ! The breakfast is wonderful!
Our bathroom got flooded . Very unexpected for a hotel rated in this category. I just received an “apology “ - expecting for something else - a discount or anything to make up for such bad time .
The hotel is located in an old monastery, staff very friendly and helpful. Location is really beautiful but besides the hotel there is nothing around. Car is needed for getting around and going for hikes. Breakfast pretty decent but only instant coffee is served ( Nescafé )……..
The rooms and especially the bathroom needs some urgent renovation, all bit outdated which gives a flair “ old and moldy “
The staff was helpful. The restaurant was very good as was the wine list.
Loading and unloading luggage was not easy. Unload one place with lots of granite walkways ( bumpy) and park in another. It is in the mountains so this may be expected.
The most refined elegance ever. Each corner is taken care of, reserving the old and emphasizing it with modern art. The stuff is wonderful and so the people attracted to this kind of elegance are also very nice and kind.

Great facilities (pool, patios, restaurants, rooms). Very good breakfast. Nice staff. Good value. Very chill place.
Mid-stay parking lot was taken away. 30-60 minute drive to nice hiking places, but good access to Braga (30 minutes). Cappuccino very strong (I liked it).
