Pros (+) The location is perfect so close to Grand central shopping centre just a few minutes walk. Clean and spacious room and safe area. The most accommodating staff I have ever met in a long time, Bonny was amazing and catered to all my needs. Love the sink in the room. Carpets and floors looked new. Next time I would love to try a meal in their restaurant.

Pros (+) Staff were helpful - we arrived after 7pm and as I had meetings were able to stay an additional hr the following morning (so grateful), communication was great. Restaurant was lovely! I had the pork chop - so tasty and sliced like butter! My partner had the shank Wellington. Breakfast was filling but not overly done!

Cons (-) The room had a continuous background buzzing noise, limited selection of pillows, the hotel sign was outside the window so impossible to make the room dark, the room was close to a busy road. No allocated parking and all parking space were full

Pros (+) Beautifully presented, allowed a slightly earlier checkin, ensuring our room was cleaned as a priority. Great location, close to multiple food outlets, room was clean and well maintained.
