The Post has incredible ambiance and generally excellent staff. The location is also very good.
The Post should think about making its dinner menu more versatile (so menu readers understand one need not necessarily do 4 courses). I would also much prefer room rates to be slightly higher and for a Continental breakfast buffet to be included. While most staff is great, we found the housekeepers lacked the experience to know what to collect / what to rearrange etc. odd
No refrigerator or mini bar, restaurant staff were unfriendly. Room service was poor. Too expensive for what was received
Most of the staff were excellent and very helpful. When we received a room with no in-room fridge, we spoke to a young woman doing housekeeping on the floor and she immediately took action and a fridge was delivered. The bellmen and drivers were excellent. Polite, friendly and eager to help.
It is an older hotel. It has a genteel charm but for the price, I expected more modern furnishings. Everything was expensive, from the price of the room to the price of the drinks to the price of the dinner. Good quality but over-priced, in my opinion.
Great location with 2 restaurants with excellent food and service wonderful staff and they came every night with cookies homemade from the chef

Everything was just perfect! We were there for Christmas and got a present from the staff. They were really nice and helpful. If we ever come back to Canada, we'll definitely go back there! :)

Cozy feel. Excellent food choices at the two restaurants on site. Charming lounge area. Spa onsite. Helpful staff. Private balcony.

Beautiful location in the heart of the Canadian Rockies! The hotel had all the amenities and services you could ask for.
Very beautiful setting - very peaceful and quiet. For a Relais and Chateau Property, there needs to be an upgrade on the property, We stayed in Room 127. The hot water tap in bathroom was leaking, we had to call Maid Service to clean up hair in bathroom. Rooms need a refresh for sure. The Dining room looks lovely but needs a refresh. The powerful shower was so good and there is a massage facility on the bottom of the bathtub!!. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was so good that I wanted to stay longer.
