Cons (-) For the first time ever, I got Bed Bugs!!!! I told them in the morning. They didn't really do anything about it, I had to fly out. I sent them pictures of the bed bugs in the bed and I sent them pictures of my bites all over my back and they have yet to do anything, not reach out, not do anything..

Pros (+) Location was great, welcoming staff, Sara was really helpful with maps and information, very clean room and linen.
Cons (-) No tea/coffee facilities. The beds were very comfortable but also much too warm, possibly from a foam mattress. Lighting was confusing. Lights were controlled by more than one switch.
