Cons (-) Quality for money not good enough. Front room you don't have sufficient privacy. Also you can hear sounds and noise from other rooms and corridors easily. Breakfast was below average too. For the price we expected much more.

Pros (+) Amazing location, nice people, quiet and quaint. Was put in the corner room with a big balcony. Jose Ignacio is such an amazing area - this place is just past it and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Cons (-) I thought it was well designed and thought out. The look of the property and rooms was carefully done and kept up. Housekeeping was fine. Continental breakfast was pleasant and appropriate. Two small points: the towels needed a better washing machine to keep them whiter and a dryer would make them soft,they were extremely scratchy. Pros (+) Very friendly helpful owner, was happy to serve dinner earlier than the 9:00 pm stipulated. Nice relaxed atmosphere.
Cons (-) Was expecting the property to be closer to the town and beach, the map was slightly misleading and a car is necessary. Thought the food overpriced for what it was.
