Well located. Easy to get to. Nice garden area is a cool haven. Rooftop areas with hot tub are brilliant. Offers 10% off next door restaurant which is excellent. Bakery / cafe next door is great as well.

Pool broken, jacuzzi broken, the only pool open had short opening hours, not able to support late check outs despite early booking
Property is amazing feels like you are walking in a beautiful jungle , gardens are so lush and green . Service is great nothing is a problem at any time . Beds so comfortable and the cleaning of condos is fantastic , you can have a full clean everyday if you so wish . We had a two bedroom penthouse with roof top kitchen bbq , jacuzzi and loungers .. The pool was fantastic and the girls loved it .....
Due to the fact you are right near 5th avenue you have to expect noise at night time until at least 1am . Also if you have a rooftop jacuzzi switch it off at nighttime as the pump is quite loud when it’s quiet .Read more
It is located right in the center of Playa del Carmen, close to everything.
Location was excellent. Condo was spacious.
It was a little tired and in need of some maintenance. With some effort it could be excellent.
Beautiful, large condominiums. Grounds and pool were very well kept. Liked the 24/7 access to employees.
Price felt a little higher versus comparative properties.
Though it wasn't on the beach, it made up for it in a gorgeous pool and amenities. Actually the beach area near the hotel, one block away, has virtually disappeared. There are other beaches within walking distance which were quite nice. Porto Playa has a gym connected to it, which you have access to. The only complaint is that there was a dishwasher, but it was non-functional. I don't mind doing dishes by hand, so that wasn't a make or break deal.Read more
Location is close to everything beach, busy areas. It can be a bit noisy from the restaurants and bars around but it didn’t disturb our sleep. The rooftop is really nice to hang out on. Beds comfortable. Showers nice but NO HOT WATER
When we arrived, the room we had paid for wasn’t ready. We had to wait several hours to check in because they had given our room to someone else.
