Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and attentive. The porter service from the carpark to the hotel was a fab service. The Hotel Portmeirion was in a lovely location at the bottom of the hill , with an outdoor heated pool and views over the estery. The hotel is a little dark and dated. The breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice.
Cons (-) The hotel was dark and dated. Communal tables and sofas weren't as clean as they should have been. The table was sticky from the night before.
