The location was okay.
The floors were wonky and slanted. The sheets were itch and starchy. There was dust on the tables in room. The bathroom air vent did not turn on which makes me worry about mold/mildew. The staff didn?t properly inform me about the extra $35 a night fee.

Did not give us room booked(gave us king when we booked 2 queens) and location of room was near noisy employee entrance to kitchen. I washed my SUV day before stay and when valet returned vehicle it was covered in dirt.

Rooms need updating bed wasn’t that comfortable The room we had our class in smells of mold food wasn’t the greatest besides the duck that was amazing.
It is an overall nice place to stay.
We were not informed about the $45 valet fee ahead of time, or the $36 fee for extras, such a water and snacks. Paying for something we barely used is not a good policy! Also, at check in we were not told that we needed to use our room key in the elevator to get access to our floor. Fortunately, one of the staff entered the elevator at the same time and we saw her use her card.
The dining staff were amazing. We had breakfast service on 4/13/25. The men and fine lady who took care of us were just the best. Thank you for being so polite and good at what you do.The chef has an amazing way in the kitchen. The food was excellent .
