Pros (+) Room was clean. Towels were changed every day. Hotel is located near tram station and it is well connected to other parts of the city.
Cons (-) Breakfast was good but same every day. There was enough food but 6 days same is a bit boring.

Pros (+) The staff was very helpful. Especially the receptionist named Akser. Please excuse me if I remember the name incorrectly. They helped with many issues such as parking, room upgrade. The price is quite reasonable for the area.

Pros (+) Excellent location Split unit AC in the room Good breakfast Nice manager taking care of guests.
Cons (-) Room facility's were not ready, electric water pot was not working, fridge leaking water, no guidance for using TV, Safe box cannot be used as it was closed for 2 days, water in sink at the bathroom was draining slowly. One day they miss cleaning the room. One of the receptionists was rude.
